School fees Payment:

The parent can choose one of the below options in settling the tuition and transportation fees throughout the semester:

  • Option 1 : Full Payment Upfront,due on 25th August
  • Option 2 : Two Equal Installmentsdue on25th August, 1st January
  • Option 3 : Three Equal Installments,25th August, 01st December,01st

 Payment Options:

 1- Cash Settlement

 2- Cheques,

Cheques drawn on a bank operating in the UAE made payable to “International Community School.” on or before the due date mentioned above.

 3- Bank Transfers/ Bank Deposits,

Payment can be made by transferring or depositing the appropriate amounts directly to the School’s bank account. The following information need to be noted on the transfer/deposit form:

 Details mentioned: Student Name, Grade and student code ( check with Registration or Accounts Department for student code)

 Notes

 Books and uniform fees are payable with the first installment of tuition /transportation.

  • Once we confirm the fees payment we will issue student official receipt for the amount transferred and the document needed to receive books and uniform
  • Cheques that are returned from the bank for any reason will be charged 500/- AED.
  • If two cheques do not clear for any reason (insufficient fund, closed account…etc)cheques will no longer be accepted as a form of payment for school fees. And the school reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for returned cheques.
  • Please make sure you keep all your receipts.
  • Parents are required to adhere to payment deadlines; otherwise student may face temporary suspension and/or cancellation of his/her registration for next academic year.
