At ICS, we welcome general queries about anything you may find on our website.
The key to your child’s happiness and success at the ICS is the provision of a dedicated support network combined with clear channels of communication between us at ICS, them and you.
General information
Our website provides answers to most day-to-day queries. The site is regularly updated and contains a wealth of information for both students and parents including ICS policies, news, and events. We also produce a weekly Newsletter for parents which includes a message from the Principal, a digest of the week's news and any important notices and reminders. Finally, for those who prefer to access news via social media, ICS has its own Facebook Page, Instagram and Twitter feed – please like and follow us!
Direct contact
From us to you: On a day-to-day basis, we will contact you via emails or google classroom with any news relevant to your child’s year group and will telephone you if we need to discuss a matter of concern specific to your child.
From you to us: If you have a general query, please contact Ms. Anood in the first instance by calling, 02 4441 400 ext. 509
If you wish to discuss a more personal matter, we encourage you to send a direct email to your child’s tutor, or subject teacher, as appropriate. Staff will respond to you at the earliest opportunity but please do remember that they may be teaching and/or in meetings for much of the school day. Or you can complete our CONTACT FORM here.
Specific queries: For communication specific to your child, we organise regular parents’ evenings at which you can give and receive feedback about your child’s progress. In addition, we encourage you to contact your child’s form tutor and/or subject teachers should you have any queries or concerns about your child’s progress or welfare. Should you require any printed information from our website, we can also provide this for you.
