BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Trustees represent our community in three distinct ways:Meet the Trustees of International Community Schools, whose efforts and vision have led to our continued success.
- Act as the representatives of Emirati society, to ensure funds are used for the school's purpose, rather than to benefit the board or staff members;
- Act as the representatives of the community - to ensure that services are of good quality, appropriate and accessible;
- Act as the representatives of parents and staff - to work with the Principals to support ICS to achieve its vision and mission.

Mohamed Al-Shamma brings in a wealth of experience to his role as the Managing Director and Partner at the International Community Schools in Abu Dhabi, since 1996. Responsible for running the multiple school branches in the capital, Mohamed overseas and leads the overall strategic planning, policy implementation, day-to-day operation, and innovative management while heading up the teams responsible for execution.
