Our KG students are involved in an interactive, student-led, inquisitive and positive learning environment. Our curriculum is based on the Kindergarten Common Core State Standards (CCSS) California framework for English Language Arts and Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Science with modification for KG1 based on Pre-K standards.

The curriculum largely centers on the building of foundation skills within the strands of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. The Math curriculum focuses on two major strands: 1) Representing, relating, and operating on whole numbers, initially with sets of objects and 2) Describing shapes and space. The Science curriculum focuses on innovation, engineering, technology, and the real world to make sense of the world around us.

Students are also taught Arabic and Islamic Studies.

Learning through play is what our kindergarten is all about. Each child is provided with engaging, multi-sensory learning opportunities through song and dance, arts and crafts, IT and sport and ample opportunities to express himself/herself.
